  • Terms of Service will let your customers know what services you will provide for them

  • This will protect you for 1 year

  • All changes to keep you compliant will automatically be done

  • There is a charge for subsequent years to keep you compliant

Support

  • We care very much about your success in growing

  • We will provide weekly online calls where we will answer any questions you have and help with any issues you experience

  • We will provide 1 hour of Account Support per month.

What We Need From You

  • A Document with your Business EIN (to register your new phone # for texting)

  • The name of company where you bought your Business Domain (i.e. GoDaddy, WhoIs, etc.)

  • The login credentials for the above Domain company (so we can add necessary data for your new connections with us) OR Add us to have access to it.

  • About 1 hour of your online time to do a Zoom and explain to you about your Account and show you some of the things you can do in the account.

  • Your periodic time to ensure we are setting up everything for your business needs.

Summary Terms of Service

Our Service

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Purchases and Payments

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. If your order is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us using the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

If you cancel within the first 30 days, you will receive any monthly payment made and will be reimbursed for one half of the Setup Fee paid.

Privacy Policy

We care about data privacy and security. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy posted on the Services, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms.

Termination

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account with us under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party.

Governing Law

These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles

Dispute Resolution

If there are any issues, we will work our best to get them resolved for you. You Success is Very Important to us.

But if we come to an impasse, then Arbitration will be conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
